Send get well or congratulatory wishes to friends and family at Lakeview Medical Center with our free online Cheer Cards. Sending a Cheer Card is fast and easy:

2. Enter recipient and sender details along with your personalized message

3. Choose your preferred delivery method

4. Click Send
Cheer cards sent via email are delivered to the patient’s personal email account within a few minutes.
Cards that are being hand-delivered are distributed daily between 9am and 4pm. Cards received after 4pm will be distributed the next day. Cards received after a patient is discharged cannot be delivered.

HOURS OF DELIVERY: Cheer Cards are delivered to patient rooms Monday-Friday during business hours: 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays.
NOTE: If the patient has been discharged from Lakeview Medical Center, we will be unable to deliver your card.
