Yoga can help alleviate stress, headaches, chronic pain, fatigue, anxiety and depression and is beneficial for any age. This 4 week intro class is safe for the very beginner! Classes are taught by LMC healthcare professionals who are certified yoga instructors. They will teach a variety of postures, which can be modified for your needs and abilities. Wear comfortable, loose clothing. Bring a yoga mat or beach towel for floor work (not required).
