Housekeeper II

1 Full Time Opening - 80 hours per pay period

Position Description:
Assists in maintaining clean and aseptic conditions in assigned areas by vacuuming, scouring, dust mopping, wet mopping, damp dusting, removing trash, and washing walls. Perform project tasks using automated equipment to maintain floors and carpets, floor stripping, and waxing.  Assist Housekeeper I as needed.

Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or GED.  Must be able to interact with patients, visitors and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner.

Normal Work Schedule:
Evening shifts – 4:30pm to 1:00 am with every other weekend and holiday.  Position will float between the hospital and the clinical facilities.
