Position Description
The Social Worker provides intervention to assist in meeting the
psychosocial needs of patients/families/significant others and
to enable them to utilize community resources to promote a
continuum of care.
Qualifications
Must have a
State of Wisconsin Social Worker license. Prefer a minimum of
two years experience in a social agency or community
organization dealing with health and/or welfare. Hospital
experience preferred.
Normal Work Schedule
Hours – 8am
to 4:30pm – Monday thru Friday.
