Part-Time – 64 hours per pay period plus call
Position Description:
The
Surgical Services Staff Nurse is a professional registered
nurse working under the supervision of the surgery charge
nurse and manager. This RN has had further preparation for
operating room nursing procedures. He/she will be
responsible for the direct and indirect total nursing care
of the patients assigned to him/her during their surgical
experience. The surgical services staff RN is responsible
for circulating and/or scrubbing during surgical procedures.
Qualifications
License/Certification:
A current
license with the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing required. BLS
required. ACLS and PALS required within 12 months of hire.
Experience:
-
Two years
of general duty nursing experience required.

Completion
of OR Basic Course preferred

Minimum of
3-5 years of operating room experience required.
Normal Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday – variable shifts – must have a
flexible schedule
